| Mix all ingredients together and bake. |
| Topping: |
| Juice of 1 Lemon and 3 rounded tbsps of Icing Sugar |
| Heat lemon and sugar together, cook gently until syrupy. |
| When cake is baked, prick all over with fork and pour over the mixture whilst in tin. |
